Meet the Team

Pastors Raymond & Persis Serrano are the founding and Senior Pastors of “Life Together Fellowship” in the Throggs Neck and Castle Hill area of the Bronx, New York.

Born and raised in the Bronx, Pastor Ray has earned a BA in Pastoral Ministry from Nyack College and has been serving in full time ministry for the past 24 years. He has served as the director of the Care Ministry at Crossroads Tabernacle, and the Administrative Pastor at Harvest Field Community Church, before the Lord led him to plant “Life Together Fellowship” with his beautiful wife and 12 others in 2010.

Pastor Ray has served as Regional Director for the Elim Fellowship Metro New York/North Jersey Region and they both  served on the board of Didasko Christians Association. They enjoy ministering together, have been happily married for over 33 years. And they have been blessed with three children, all young adults today, Justin Michael, Joseph Matthew and Brittney Lauren.

Josue was born and raised in a Christian pastoral home. At a tender young age, Josue felt the calling to minister to God’s people through music and singing.  For over a decade, he served as the assistant music pastor at Salem Temple, Bronx, New York.  Currently, he is the Worship Pastor at Life Together Fellowship.  Josue’s beautiful, musically talented wife, Claribel, also shares her love of singing and music and works alongside him in ministry. They have a 10 year-old daughter, Clarisa and reside in Kent Lakes, New York.

Efrain and Millie are Bronx natives who now reside in Yonkers. Though the Lord has taken them through many learning stages and places the Bronx has always been home in their hearts. They have currently called LTF home for three years and are extremely excited for what the next chapter of their life will bring. They are the parents of Amaya and Eliza two young ladies that make them very proud. Efrain and Millie have been in ministry for over 20 years and are more excited today then when they first began. They are very interested in what God will be doing in you over anything else.

Ricardo was born in Chicago Illinois and raised in Spanish Harlem where he met his lovely wife Jessica of 22 years. Ricardo and Jessica have been serving the Lord for 17 years and have a passion for seeing souls saved. Together, they served as youth leaders at Christ Alone Ministries for five years and various functions within the body of Christ. He has received his Master’s degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling.  They both presently work for the NYC Department of Education as a teacher and school secretary  They have been blessed with four wonderful sons, Rick Jr., Jaryd, Jeremiah, Joshua, a beautiful granddaughter, Zai-lynn and reside in Manhattan, New York.
